We are at Bad Traffic looking to finding solutions in improving the Local Bad Traffic on many of the highways nationwide. Can technology and high tech companies like Tesla, Google and Apple help with improving the wasteful daily road congestion and poor highway improvement that has taken in some instances over a decade, and no end in sight? Infrastructure improvement, especially the highways the many go to and from work — needs to be improved quickly and efficiently.

Gas is over $4.20 per Gallon in California. Et’s do the math. One barrel of oil is currently less than $60. Each barrel of oil is 42 gallons. Hence, without all the taxes, the price per gallon should be less than $2.50 per gallon – with a healthy profit margin.  We can do much better on road construction in California and other states.

For all the taxes and price increases in gas prices- literally billions of dollars per day, would think the road construction would be better. If travel on 5 Freeway, it has taken over 15 years – and still no end in sight. This is business 101. If you are going to heavily tax, then at least provide real construction.

The current state of infrastructure and the highways is not good in quite a few places now. Something that should take maybe a year or 2, to build, has taken I think over 15 years plus, and still it is not done. Costing employees and employers hundreds of hours per year – wasted on un-necessary congestion. Can electric cars be an answer??  Yes, electric cars can be part of the answer > so, dont pay gas prices. How many people do have electric cars now though?  The fact is, only a small portion of the population have electric cars. Elon Musk has thought of tunnels, but how about first fixing the roads and highways that are existing.  Making the travel much faster and more efficient.
